Our customer service is available from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 3pm.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

For wholesale orders, we offer a 20% discount starting from 12 pieces. They can be of different products, except for some selected pieces.

The discount for orders placed through the website will be applied automatically when you select 12 pieces or more.

Do you provide shipping services?

We provide shipping services through courier to anywhere in the country for an additional cost. The cost varies depending on the destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipments are made the day after your purchase, provided it’s a business day. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the shipment will be made on the nearest business day. Orders take 1 to 5 business days to arrive.

Where are the orders shipped from?

Orders placed through the website or WhatsApp will be shipped from our flagship store in Zacatecas.

How do I know if my order is eligible for exchange or return?

You can exchange your products or receive a full refund if the products in your order are damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the products you receive are not the ones you originally requested.

For exchange or return of the product, the customer must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package.

What is the process for a return?

To return or exchange an order, the customer will need to follow this procedure:

Send an email to mineralzac@hotmail.com explaining the reasons for the return or exchange. In case of damaged products, send photos of the same. A copy of your order confirmation email indicating your order number.
